What is Bellafit Boot Camp?
Bellafit Boot Camp is a motivational fitness program for women of all ages and fitness levels. The program is designed to provide you with dynamic workouts that will help you to feel fit and fabulous!  The workouts, along with healthy nutritional habits and an active lifestyle can help you achieve better health & fitness.  Join today and see for yourself just how Bellafit Boot Camp has helped other local women lose inches and fat while increasing core strength, balance and total-body strength!

What if I'm not very physically fit?
Then let's get started Sister!  From beginner to advanced exercisers, everyone gets a great workout that is appropriate for their currently fitness level. Exercise modifications are offered whenever needed.  Everyone works at a pace that is safe for them, but you'll be surprised at how quickly you'll be able to do more!  Our boot camp atmosphere is a very encouraging and you will be inspired to achieve your fitness goals!

What will we do in boot camp?
You'll get a full-body workout using exercise bands, heavy ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells and hand weights, plus we'll perform body weight exercises, push-ups, partner drills and more!  Each workout is different and packed with body-changing exercises!

Where will the workouts be held?  
We will train at a local park when weather permits, otherwise we will workout indoors.
What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 8 lb. hand weights, any type of exercise mat and water. Optional items are a towel to dry off with, insect repellant during the warmer months and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in layers -- we will work outdoors when weather permits.
